Happy 3rd Birthday, Ayden Eugene!

11.05.10 - this little bundle of meanness blessed our family with our 2nd son! Hard to believe that he is 3! I remember his pregnancy was hard. He gave me trouble. He made me sick. I had 3 sonos to confirm he was indeed a he....so different from Mason's pregnancy, I just knew I was having a girl. Days of visits to the hospital & they finally induced me because of my high blood pressure. These chubby little cheeks have grown into a bundle of stubbornness, a hard head, strong willed, big brown eyed ball of fire, super independent, crazy little brother & very helpful big brother. The list could go on... He pushes EVERY button, not once but at least two or three times. He does EVERYTHING on his own! You can't turn your back on him for a split second or else! The past 3 years have been fun, challenging, & a blessing to have a son so unique & his own little personality! :)

Party day! Ayden was not too picky this year with a party place .... so we decided to gather at a local park, supply some snacks, a fun piƱata, & voila! His only request was a M-I-C-K-E-Y Mouse birthday party so that's what we did!

His actual birthday fell on a school day this year so of course we took cupcakes to class & made cute party favors for his friends! :) Mickey's Munch (candied popcorn) with a lolli & some sidewalk chalk filled goody bags. His class enjoyed them!

Birthday morning - surprise breakfast for donuts! We rarely eat these yummy treats so to get them is a special special treat! He enjoyed it!

Birthday festivities continued at home of course! We always celebrate the boy's birthdays on their actual days with gifts from family. Their party is surrounded by friends so this is a special way for sweet family time. He was shocked when he came home to some fun finds!! But his favorite.... another CUPCAKE!!

Birthday festivities ended with his dinner request: pancakes, bacon, eggs, & fruit. He loves his "PAMCAKES"!!! Silly kid! I will say, at least it wasn't pizza. :)
